1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using a Duobay Games game or service, you agree to these terms and the applicable store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms.
3. Accounts and progress
Some features may use an Apple, Google or other platform account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Game progress or online features may change as we maintain and improve a service.
4. Purchases and virtual items
Purchases are processed by the relevant app store and are subject to its payment and refund rules. Virtual currencies and items have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the game and may be changed where reasonably necessary for balancing, legal or technical reasons. Non-consumable purchases can be restored where supported by the platform.
5. Fair use
You must not cheat, exploit errors, interfere with services, reverse engineer where prohibited, attempt unauthorised access, harass others or use our services unlawfully. We may restrict access where needed to protect players or the service.
6. Availability and updates
We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Intellectual property
Duobay Games and its licensors retain all rights in our games, branding, artwork, code, audio and services. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our services are provided as available and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
