1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using a DuoBay Games game or service, you agree to these terms and applicable store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Limited licence
We grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms.
3. Accounts and progress
Some features use Apple, Google or another platform account. You are responsible for account security. Progress or online features may change as services are maintained.
4. Purchases and virtual items
Purchases are processed by the relevant app store and subject to its payment and refund rules. Virtual currencies and items have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the game. Store-managed non-consumables can be restored where supported.
5. Fair use
You must not cheat, exploit errors, interfere with services, attempt unauthorised access, harass others or use services unlawfully. Access may be restricted to protect players or services.
6. Availability and updates
Features may be updated, suspended or discontinued. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
GLOBAL MINDWORKS LIMITED and its licensors retain rights in DuoBay Games games, branding, artwork, code, audio and services.
8. Liability
Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available and indirect or consequential loss is excluded.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance where permitted by law.
