Delete inside a game
If a game includes an account, open Settings, then Privacy or Account, then Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Request through our form
Use the secure privacy contact form. Include the game name, player or support identifier if available, platform, and associated account information where applicable. Limited additional information may be requested to verify ownership.
What is deleted
Deletion may include linked cloud progress, preferences, account identifiers and support records no longer required.
What may remain
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may remain where required. Apple and Google control their store purchase records.
Timing and effect
Verified requests are completed within the period required by applicable law. Deletion is permanent and may remove progress and virtual items.
